The Study of Copy Number Variations (CNVs) Using the 12.765 Digital Array
 28 Jul 2008: Copy number variation (CNV) is a polymorphism studied extensively because of its close association with drug metabolism, cancer, immune diseases, and neurological disorders. Conventional technologies such as comparative genomic hybridization, high density SNP genotyping arrays are limited for CNV analysis. Enabling Loss of Heterozygosity Studies Using BioMark Digital Arrays
28 Jul 2008: Loss of heterozygosity (LOH) refers to a change from a heterozygous state in a normal genome to a homozygous state in a paired tumor genome. This application note demonstrates how the 12.765 Digital Array enables a new level of sensitivity and flexibility in detecting LOH, through experiments on abnormal X chromosome copy number or aneuploidy.

Efficient Drug Metabolism Studies Using the BioMark System

BioMark System for Rapid, Reliable, and Cost Effective Genotyping
